"I have been working with Dan Young and the Young's team for more than 15 years. They are great! Over the years, they have worked on two of our homes. At the first one, Young's designed the landscaping for our 2-acre property both front and back as well as redid the entire patio area. "The side yard area of our home was always a challenge when it came to landscaping. It is extremely shaded and grass would simply not grow. This left us with an area that was virtually unusable and seemed to be such a waste of space. After searching various options, Young's and its Y-Turf Division recommended the installation of synthetic turf. OK - I admit it. I was extremely skeptical but the Soft Lawn product was so lifelike and to this day, most people do not even know it isn't real (natural). You can't tell the difference. As far as maintenance, it could not be easier. In the fall, we just blow the leaves away and it dries so quickly, we can play with the kids even after it rains.
